In a district like this, there is no point to complaining a candidate is not someone who assorted 'our revolution' types could swoon over. If it replaces a Republican with a moderate Democratic, a district has moved to the left, and the necessity is to solidify that, to make it a one way ratchet that won't go back to the right but may advance further to the left in time.
