I really couldn't make out most of the audio. I read the statement by the man involved.
On what are you basing the "evidence of rampant racism." Is is based on the man's statement. Is it something the woman in the video is saying?
Zoning issues involving neighboring properties are fairly common-due to issues of water runoff. and regulations regarding construction close to property lines. The man stated that this neighbor works for the Environmental Protection Agency.
I have no idea about the assault issue or why one would conclude that this is a racial incident rather than a dispute between neighboring property owners.
I would sincerely like to know your basis.
