They form a new party and doom the right wing to irrelevance until one side or the other establishes clear dominance and eliminates the other. I look forward to the "Lincoln Project Wing" vs. the "MAGA Wing" battle for years down the road. (Fingers crossed!)

If the MAGA crowd blame the Lincoln Project people enough for Trump's loss, they could hold a grudge...
