This entire thread is just bullshit. If the AG wanted to talk to a defendant, and I would not it past Barr, no lawyer could stop him. He is the top law enforcement officer in the land. A defendant could refuse to answer questions but they would not stop him from talking to her.

One of the main reason I joined DU is because it is fact and science based. There are plenty of left and right wing sites that aren’t. Most as a matter of fact.

When I see a reputable source that tells me this happened I will be as outraged as anyone. But none of us have seen that. Just some unknown dude on twitter who deleted had post.

The reason I’m not on Facebook, Twitter or any other site is because most use algorithms to feed you shit you want to read. DU does not.
