40. Washington BLM

As a placeholder for, say the upcoming season, until they can work out the details for a new name/logo like the Washington Redtails, and some way to acknowledge the franchise history and move forward

I know, political statements...still, I'm for anything that could induce apoplexy in a certain Orange-American and that would do nicely
