in ABQ there's no problem. If you want to visit here, forget going to whatever museums or tourist spots are actually open. At least not for fourteen days. Although, as already noted, it would be difficult at best to enforce.
People in my part of NM, Santa Fe, are mostly being very good about wearing masks.
