11. Even the United Nations and NATO joining with Russia and China cannot force the USA

to conform except for too much risk themselves in the process.

What can be done is banning American travel to their countries or through their space initially by virtue of CV19, refusing trade, existing US military, and the like; indirect action to further weaken the USA into an extreme pariah so as to be an OK international citizen.

Worse case I can then see a political, economic, and social multi directional fracturing of the USA into fiefdoms followed by attacks on other nations in an attempt by the wrong people and interests to bolster and re-unite the country by war. Not a good prognosis alas.
