12. He's doing this to make people forget he ignored Putin putting a bounties on our service members.

He's trying to pollute the news cycle with things like this , getting less coverage for his ignoring putin purring bounties on the heads of soldiers. His tactics aren't working as well anymore. He's tanking in the polls shows its not working.
