Perhaps only half of the teachers will show (They don’t want to die.), and, perhaps only half of the students will show (Their parents don’t want to die, nor do they want their children to die.)

This is a BIG MESS, and I have no solution, but it’s silly to think that Federal bullying is going to make schools reopen. Not universally, anyway.
