is Trump will at least go into his 2nd term (god forbid) under a serious threat of criminal prosecution. They can drag out this process for months before any trial, easily until after the election, IMHO. What we really need is for the tax docs to "leak' before the election.
All in my non-lawyerly humble opinion.
