I did not get the impression that she was going to change her behavior because of what you said and how you said it. Yes, she felt much more validated by your post then others, but did it really change her behavior? We'll never know of course. So maybe your goal wasn't achieved.

I'm not attacking you for what you did, I'm just wondering if all the emotional energy you expended on this really does any good in getting people to wear masks when out in public.
