...to higher ground when constructing the Answan Dam. It can be done. Probably have to take a chunk of rock out behind it, but it can be done.

And I agree, same with the statues....sell them off. Nice infusion to the state coffers. I'm sure some Civil War museums will buy them, perhaps even the Smithsonian when they want to show off a Civil War collection.
