(18,881 posts)A LOT, believe that people like Romney and corporations like Bain are the ones draining the life out this country. A lot of Americans have no problem with their tax dollars going to help people who need it, or to ensure when a person retires, they have a pension. A country that depends on soldiers like we do damn well better take care of them when they come home. That is the LEAST we can do, and what soldiers get now is not near enough. The people who've chosen to serve and whom our leaders have put in combat have more than earned any "benefits" they draw.
Further, I have no problem with the miniscule percentage of people who simply don't want to work drawing benefits. That number is too low to even worry about. It's hard enough worrying about oneself than to go around judging others and worrying that someone else is going to steal "MY" due, "MY" share (WTF?). However, I do have a problem with a bunch of assholes eating a 50k dinner and dissing half of Americans while plotting how to steal away the public treasury for themselves. I have a big problem with corporations being placed above human beings. I have a problem with Republicans looting the public treasury Every. Fucking. Time. they get into the White House. I'm tired of pigs at the fucking trough who try to blame others while slopping up ill-gotten gains.
