11. Something to watch for.

Eviction Notices as well as Foreclosure Notices are Generally Hand Delivered by either USPS or Fed EX before 10:00 AM. Certified,which takes a bid longer to get the Recipient Signature. Just had a Foreclosure go down two blocks down the street a month ago. USPS had the Certified on that one.

Appears a Rental Company here is not following State Moratorium on Rental Evictions. As per our Mail Carrier,he has had several Certified in the last couple weeks for Rentals .
