44. They're wired differently...

His supporters see Trump as one of their own who "made good," and they thrill to see their racism, xenophobia, misogyny, and anti-intellectualism modeled and embraced by the presidency. They wallow in his crudeness, vulgarity, and complete lack of empathy for others. They really like having an autocratic, neo-fascist leader who will impose their beliefs and will on others, by a beat-down if necessary. There is absolutely nothing that Trump could do that would make his hardcore base turn against him, but hopefully this is their last "hurrah."
