Yes, Trump is partially to blame for setting the tone. But many of them occupied an alternate reality before Trump did whatever to get into office, that alternative is continuously re-enforced by the voices in their heads and on the hate radio spectrum to deny an objective reality.

The US may have reached critical stupid.
