Nor the corrupt trough-feeders, though some suddenly pretend ignorance or a change of heart when the shizz gets too close to their fans. Some conservatives and conservative-leaders will probably temporarily change sides. Some low-information people might slowly change sides though many are more likely to become apathetic. Many on-the-one-hand-on the-other-hand swing voters may swing

The trick for this year is to craft a new American center and consensus: we need to energize our side, while reaching swing voters, and giving principled conservatives an option they can stomach
