first, the political orientation of criminals is rarely relevant to law enforcement action, never mind that they surely didn't interview all of them to determine if they really are "anarchists".

second, it's beyond absurd to characterize anyone as "violent" and then list the actual offense as graffiti.

"yes, your honor, we bring before you today this hardened, career criminal, murderous, pedophilic monster to charge him with jaywalking"
