Those who are already eligible for full retirement or early retirement. Those who are in a two income family and able to get by on one salary for a bit. And even plenty who don't know how they'll pay the bills but know that teaching right now would be very dangerous.

But hey, they can take comfort in the fact that Paul Manafort is safely out of prison.
