I realized you are speculating, but what draws you to that?

If he does have mild symptoms, it'll wallop him eventually. Rather soon, I think. His age, obesity, poor diet, drug use, etc will land him in an ICU bed.

You are right, those Tweets don't sound like he personally wrote them. They are mild compared with past Tweets. Both books are bombshells for him. Ordinarily, he'd go ballistic. So why hasn't he?
