16. Our office has been empty since early March

We have around 300 people in that office and they have all been working from home since March because we are fortunate to be in a very digitally oriented business and our global employer has taken the pandemic very seriously. There were many adjustments and problems in making this switch but with committed corporate leadership we got it to work. Though they expected productivity to fall a bit, it has actually gone up slightly. My point is that workers that are obvious candidates for WFH, like yourself, should be encouraged to go for it, solve the tech and lifestyle challenges, and not look back. Having a functioning WFH workforce is going to be a competitive advantage for the forseeable future.
