Why, exactly, do you want them included? Do you think it's because their cases exceed ours? Some last grasp to protect some ideal of American exceptionalism, a way to say that 'Well, at least we don't have the most cases!'.

India is at 1.1 M cases. Far below our numbers - And thats before accounting for their having almost 4x the population to boot!

China is at 83k cases. With again, having far more people in their country than we do. Still though, doesn't matter how many cases they have - Everyones just going to call their numbers fake, no matter what they are.

Our country fucked up. I get it, some people don't want to admit to that shame. But Joe Biden has the decency to admit to our countries stunning failure, and we should follow his example.
