I doubt that there is anyone who would have voted for Biden who won't because Kasich is speaking at the convention. OTOH, there very well may be some Ohio voters (independents and moderate Republicans) who can be persuaded. Remember, Kasich actually beat Trump in the Ohio GOP Presidential primary in 2016.
