14. Actually, we just need to be smart about this

and change our tactics. They are all manned up for a fight in the streets, we should just disappear from the streets and leave them standing there by them selves all dressed up to play army with nobody to play with. Meanwhile, we do something different. Make it a cyber war. Or jam their radio transmissions. How about stop all deliveries to federal buildings. No local ID? No service at a restaurant. The possibilities are limitless.
