citizens, not foreign fighters. What he did personally after that, I have no idea. Things didn't get "better" - where did all the money actually go? That's not on him, but on State Gov't.

We know Hayley Barbour stole funds mean to rebuilt MS after Katrina - $780 billion - and people in MS STILL have sewage running down the middle of the street, using outhouses, no running water or electricity.

Can't get people used to a simple standard of living, now can we?
