42. Haven't Seen Any Chief Saying It...

...just 3 different sheriffs. But, wouldn't be surprised if some chief said they wouldn't enforce.
We have our own cops too, even though we're not very big.
But, I always see them masked when out of their cars.
So, at least they're setting a good example. That doesn't mean I think they would enforce a mandate, though.
