Something similar to what Ginther is doing-except he’s closing bars at 10pm instead of 11. Something about inebriated people letting down their guard in respect to physical distancing. I asked her if that wouldn’t prompt peeps to drink more before the 10 o’clock final call? Nothing that I know of says a person can’t get hammered before 10 or 11!! Doesn’t make a lot of sense to me.
