you could ask them exactly what the difference between the two might be.

For what it's worth, people here have expressed doubt that the mail-in ballots will be counted correctly. However, it's my opinion that those ballots will be correctly or incorrectly counted in pretty much the same proportions that ballots in that state or county or whatever are also correctly or incorrectly counted. Meaning, the ballot-counting fraud aspect isn't dependent on how you vote.
