16. The Senate Majority Leader is saying that his highest priority is passing the Voting Rights Act?

I'm not watching, but I'm sure that's what Sen. McConnell is talking about, right? Congress passing bipartisan legislation to undo the ridiculous ruling in Shelby County? Affirming the life's work of a great American? Right? Isn't that what he's talking about? The constitutional right of all citizens to vote? Right?
