I’m from Rochester NY, (home of Kodak) and just want you to know that shares of Eastman Kodak were traded 30X normal volume the day BEFORE this announcement.

As of last week the stock was worth $2 a share and is now trading at $43.45.

Which gov. Official loaded up and made $$$?
