Racist real estate policies. That's always what he's going to come back to. It's in his blood. White flight, redlining, exclusion, NIMBY, gentrification, "urban renewal." Make white people irrationally scared, beat the "declining property values" drum all day long, cut off services to areas deemed "blighted" to make them look worse than they are to scare white middle class people even more = PROFIT.

Now that he's in his sharp decline, he's going to be parroting the stuff he heard from his dad as a kid. I expect to hear a lot more about this, even though it's not an issue he SHOULD be prioritizing right now.
