Notice that he does not prod the Senate to get a deal done lickty-split because it is an absolute necessity for the people and the economy.

A real President might chastise them for their dawdling and lack of preparation fo the relief bill, which would at least put some pressure on them if he demanded it.

No, he is just pandering with empty rhetoric like any tin pot dictator trying to capitalize on desperate people by equating himself with the stimulus and inflating it.
