They are secretly crafting that double-secret Health Care Extravaganza Bill in their basements.

And it will emerge on Tuesday - fully formed and in flower - because that's totally the way Congress works.

It will be such a magnificent plan that Nancy Pelosi will call a unanimous vote for it in the House and she will walk back over to the Senate and deliver it personally to Mitch. And then the two of them will skip over to the White House to lay it at Trumpy's feet.

(OK - tell me you didn't laugh at the image of Moscow Mitch skipping...)
