Magic money from all the waste. Lay off government workers to give their salaries to the stay at homes. That makes sense as long as laid off federal workers, contractors, seniors on medicare and social security, the poor on medicaid, food stamp recipients, and the people who will no longer get paid back for the money they loaned to the government.
