I'm legally obligated to not discuss the processes on which I worked for 7 years after retirement.
It applies to about 16 processes.
I honestly wish I could help.
In more general terms, I'd look at process or perp chromatography. I would think you could find a mobile phase that could give 10,000-12,000 theoretical plates per inch.
I don't have a feel, however, of an appropriate solvent system.
