9. This is what I'll be doing.

I called my SOE office to check on the security of these drop boxes. I was told that they are bolted down and only allow things to go in and not out, so if you mistakenly drop your phone in while delivering your ballot, you're out of luck or if you realize you've made a mistake on your ballot, you won't able to retrieve it.
I feel it's the best method in this health care and political climate if it's available.
