36. I checked the rules in VA; I can eliminate 2 of the 3 mail trips it would otherwise take.

Aug 2020

Instead of mailing in an application for a ballot, I was able to submit the application online.
I'm still stuck with one mail trip in the middle; the state will mail me my ballot 45 days before November 3rd.
Then I will drop it off at the registrar's office in my county. The registrar's address was presented during the ballot application process.
