'Thank you for your email regarding the upcoming election. The State will send all voters an application for a mail-in ballot along with a postage paid return envelope at the end of August. Voters should complete the application and send it back to the local board of elections as soon as possible. If a voter has already requested a mail-in ballot, they will not receive the application.

The actual ballots will become available at the end of September. Applications for mail-in ballots will be accepted until October 20th. After that time, voters will need to either vote in person during early voting or on election day.
