He's being very quiet about doing exactly the opposite of what Trump wants with COVID. He doesn't want to make an enemy of him, but he's working in that new 6-state consortium with Hogan and Whitmer (plus VA,LA,MA) to get kids safely back into school, and how to do it. Walking that tightrope.
