5. Ok so they loose their charter in NY, prosecute the top people, give back the money that's left...

Can't the NRA just open up in some other state and do what they do? I bet Texas, Idaho,Montana would love to sponsor them.... I read where they started out after the Civil War to train people how to use fire arms. Somehow in the late '50s early 60's they got corrupted to what we see today.
