With Respect To Mail-In Voting - Can A State Set-Up A Number Of Drop Off Points Where.... [View all]

people can drive-up and deposit their filled out ballots?

I seem to recall that on April 15th (Income Tax Day) that there were drop offs set-up where one could drive up and deposit their filled income tax forms before the midnight deadline.

Couldn't such a system be set-up for the mail-in votes?
