(With homage to Michelle Obama, but sorry: when they take the low road, we kick the hell out of them (especially bullies like Trump). I would normally not get into body-shaming, etc. However, since Trump excels at this, the only way to tackle a narcisstic/bully/failure is to fight at his level (and of course above his level).
