I'm still in the camp that thinks charging former officials for policy decisions (i.e. politics) -- is a bit tin pot, and probably ought to be generally avoided. On the other hand bribery, corruption, financial crimes -- there's still a lot of things that are still on the table. (And have great and ample precedent!)
Also like to make a point that a lot of Trumps circle of sycophants do not enjoy the same umbrella of immunities that the president does -- and come Jan 21 he no longer has the power of pardon. Seeing some round number of cronies (50-60, 100?) heading to prison on corruption charges over the following year or two would not be such a great disappointment -- and might also serve to drive home the point for posterity.
