They are paid to do PR for Trump so nothing that they say MUST be true. It must serve their boss's desires and that is the only maxim applied. They are not there to serve The People and so are free to do whatever Trump demands.

It's only a job to them. No Loyalty to a higher purpose is expected nor applied. The Constitution is only a metaphor to refer to when it suits them and has no legal or moral value otherwise.
