accusing Golden of "impeding" cops who are standing about 10 feet away from him, and of "making stuff up" when he points out that Briggs just stood up close to Golden and ripped his mask off.

Some cops are still living in a world where in every he said/she said -- and there used to be lots of them -- people believed the cop. They got into the habit of lying constantly. Thank God for a video camera on every phone.
