"Nasty Woman" in Trump speak means better than him in virtually every way and unwilling to defer to him in any way.

I'll bet that Trump's only regret in receiving Pence's thorough kissing of his ass is that Pence isn't a woman.

Having other men defer to him pleases Trump, but in the back of his mind there is the knowledge that those men still hold on to the inherent dignity that they are both "men among men".

Since Trump is one of those men who deeply fears women, the need to denigrate them is more desperate.
