He wasted a lot on the huge amount of hydrochloroquine doses we now have in our strategic stockpile. Wow, we are ready for, ah, an outbreak of malaria?

Now, let's waste a lot of money, (out of sheer desperation) on a plan to turn Americans into guinea pigs. Should we practice whistling?
