14. I am going to disagree

I won't speak to the price point because I don't know whether that price is fair or not.

But I will say that I approve of purchasing now.

Let's make the stuff JUST IN CASE IT PASSES the trials.

If it does, we will have the stockpile available to roll it out immediately nationwide.

If it doesn't, then it gets tossed into a bonfire.

It is a gamble but a good one. Our economy is bleeding at a terrible rate. 1.5B would be a drop in the bucket compared to waiting months to purchase and manufacturer after approvals.

I know this won't be popular so have at me.
