7. I say State Attorneys General need to get a Federal Judge to issue cease & desist orders

against throwing out sorting machines and removing mail boxes and generally tampering with the mail. Up until now, mail tampering laws have dealt with more minor issues, but this is NUCLEAR warfare compared to previous cases.

The courts need to tie D-Day Joy's hands to make him stop or send him to jail if he doesn't stop this.
