but it is disingenuous in the extreme to label expressed misgivings about recent controversial comments made by AOC as 'hate'. I had absolutely no quibbles with the woman up to this point. And my concern in no small part stems from self-inflicted damage she may have done to her re-election bid.
My issue was with the actual statement and my reaction would have been exactly the same irrespective of where its author lay on the Democratic political spectrum: left wing, centrist, establishment, progressive or whatever.

Well there have been challengers to other long term Democrats. AOC won one such primary.
